Nikko Louis Labrada
Over the past 15 years, Nikko has been involved in working in the Business Process Outsourcing industry supporting different lines of businesses, and offering multifaceted services. He started as an agent for customer service, technical support and sales, through to training new hires, managing quality specialists and developing trainers.
Nikko managed and trained people in working with customers with different profiles calling in with various issues. He developed quality specialists and trainers and helped achieve their aspirations. He is knowledgeable in computer networking and can also handle different tasks such as admin work. He has also developed training modules in enhancing communication, technical, and product skills.
As previously part of a leadership team who handled pioneering projects, he has been involved in setting goals, planning and forecasting, and even budgeting. Because of his overall tenure working in different fields, Nikko is flexible in handling any given task.
Key Roles Undertaken:
- Supporting clients with technical Inquiries and troubleshooting network faults.
- Managed orders and coordinated with partner manufacturers and carriers to ensure the smooth flow of order from sale until delivery.
- Sales – cold call Property Managers/Property Management companies offering property management services.
- Led a group of trainers to ensure a high percentage of training throughput. Involved in curriculum revamp to ensure the course map is up-to-date based on operational
- Trained new employees on Customer Service skills and product technicalities for DSL accounts.
- Subject Matter expert on a team supporting DSL service across the US.
