Sanela Stojkovic
Sanela is a MikroTik certified (MTCNA) Network Support Officer with 4 years experience in Technical Support. Oriented in problem solving and customer service methodology Sanela has been striving to accomplish a great deal in troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Sanela has a Master of Science degree in Psychology and a significant background working in counseling and education. This has helped her in understanding behaviour in general, as well as the basics of assertive communication and a customer service approach.
Sanela has learned that having a customer service strategy and a thorough plan is essential in handling customer interactions allowing you to provide a consistent experience throughout the customer journey.
